There’s an Oil for That

About six weeks ago, I decided to jump into the wonderful world of essential oils. I decided to go with Young Living and when people ask why YL, I like to start with Seed to Seal.

If you don’t know, “essential oils are not regulated therefore companies can put any filler or additive into what they call an “essential oil”. Most of what you will find at the grocery store is either another ingredient altogether or has toxic fillers in it. Young Living has rigorous testing and standards for their oils. No fillers are ever added to Young Living’s oils and no toxins are present. In fact, they don’t even use pesticides or herbicides on their crops or soil so that toxins won’t be present. Anything that comes from a farm outside of Young Living’s farms must meet these strict standards as well. You can visit the Young Living farms anytime you want and see their methods of growth and testing. That’s how open they are about their purity.”

Guess what?! Some of their farms are up in North Idaho, as well as outside of Salt Lake. Not to far. 🙂

Here’s a simple explanation of Seed to Seal: Seed to Seal
Now that I have experienced the benefits of oils I’m wondering why I didn’t make the jump sooner.

+ I rub thieves on my feet every. single. day. for immune support.

+ Frankincense goes on my face for some seriously soft and healthy skin.

+ Lavender and Cedarwood are favorites to fall asleep to.

+ Valor for allllllll the emotional support.

Also, Young Living is SO much more than essential oils. I was tired of using products with chemicals and toxins, so I downloaded the Think Dirty App. Turns out even some of my products that I thought were safe, are not. I’m not saying that there aren’t other products out there that are safe. It’s just SO much easier to have a one stop shop, where I can buy products in my jammies, while drinking wine, and it shows up at my door each month. Plus, I’m getting free products each month and points back to spend on even more products. It’s really a win, win, win. 🙂

+ What if I told you that you could replace ALL your cleaning products (kitchen, bathroom, everything) with just ONE product? True story. Thieves is life.

+ Lotion, deodorant, face wash, hand sanitizer? Got it.

+ New products like sunscreen, insect repellant, and makeup? Yep.

+ For all you parents, there is an entire kids line and the new baby line (wipes, lotion, everything.)

+ Have fur babies? Check out Animal Scents.

So, what are you waiting for? I want you on this journey with me. By becoming a member, you never, ever have to sell. Ever. Seriously. If you have ANY questions, ask away. If you’re local, let’s get coffee. 🙂 If you want to sample any products, I’d LOVE to send some your way. Follow my journey on the Insta @hopeful.essentials. By the way, you don’t just get me on this journey, but a whole team. Incredible leaders who want to help you. Facebook groups FULL of information. 🙂
